Ronald A. Huitt

Ronald A. Huitt, PT, Cert. MDT, CSCS

Ron received his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst College, Kansas City, Missouri. He is a Credentialed Mechanical Diagnostic Therapist of the Spine through the McKenzie Institute USA and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Ron has completed extensive continuing education and maintains active memberships in the following organizations: American Physical Therapy Association, Tennessee Physical Therapy Association, The McKenzie Institute USA, and National Strength and Conditioning Association. Ron was elected and served as Vice-President of TN/GA PTPN, Inc. and presently serves as board member. Ron has 19 years of "hands-on" physical therapy experience in a wide variety of healthcare settings, which included treatment of professional athletes of the NBA, MLB, NFL and Olympics. His areas of specialization include the spine and sports rehabilitation. In Ron's leisure time, he stays very busy with his wife and four children. He is very active in the community serving as an Elder of his church, coaching recreation league soccer, basketball, and baseball teams and working with area athletes on and off the field.

Beth Gunnels

Beth Gunnels, PT, CERT. MDT

Beth received her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from University of Tennessee - Memphis after completing the pre-physical therapy curriculum at Middle Tennessee State University and Tennessee Technological University. She is a Credentialed Mechanical Diagnostic Therapist of the Spine through the McKenzie Institute USA and enjoys using this approach in treating patients with disorders of the spine. Beth remains committed to staying up-to-date by completing extensive continuing education courses and maintains memberships in the American Physical Therapy Association and Tennessee Physical Therapy Association. Beth has 17 years of extensive outpatient physical therapy experience and specializes in treatment of the spine, fibromyalagia and geriatric care. During Beth's off time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is active with church activities, reading, her daughter's Girl Scout activities, and her son's soccer. Beth is dedicated to her work and to obtaining the best results for her patients.
